Pets on Hilton Head Island Beaches

Pets are very welcome on Hilton Head’s Beaches, but to ensure the safety of everyone, including your pets, the following rules do apply:

• Pets are not permitted between 10am & 5pm from Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day
• Pets must be on a leash between 10am & 5pm from April 1 through Thursday before Memorial Day & between 10am & 5pm from Tuesday after Labor Day through September 30th.
• Pets must be on a leash or under voice control at all other times.
• You are required to remove and dispose of your animal's waste.
